Our bookings are non-refundable, and you will only be able to reschedule your session to a different date if you do so with at least 48 hours notice.
We ask you please allow enough time to arrive to your class, as we are not responsible for re-booking you if you are late or do not show up. We do lock the doors once the class has begun.
If we have to cancel the class for reasons beyond our control we will issue you an E-Gift Card, to book another session where available. We would aim to inform you at least 24 hours before your class date however this is a rare occurrence.
